The process

New Client Questionnaire
The first step in the process is getting the New Client Questionnaire (NCQ) back in our office for review by our marketing experts and production team to assess goals and requirements. Combined with information provided from you to your Account Executive a project proposal will be developed.

Proposal – Meeting – Proposal Revisions
We’ll develop a customized proposal that fits your goals. We’ll meet with you to discuss the initial proposal and make any final revisions based on your feedback.

Acceptance of Proposal
The Acceptance of Proposal (AOP) summarizes what will be delivered from the proposal and the terms of the project. Once signed, development officially begins.

X3 Toolkit Customization
Using the X3 Toolkit we’ll provide a 6 month internet marketing calendar. We’ll get your feedback and define what the marketing strategy will be for when we launch your site.

Hosting Setup & Email Setup
We setup your hosting and email. Other things completed at this time are: a holding page if included, managing DNS, handling any domain name issues and migrating any existing site files if necessary.

Content – Content Creation
If you’re providing any content we’ll acquire that at this time. We begin copywriting and scheduling photography or video production required to complete the website as defined in the AOP.

Design – Meeting – Design Revisions
We begin the design process for your website. We meet to discuss the initial design and make any revisions based on your feedback.

Programming
Once the final design is approved the your website then moves to our programming staff to be coded. This includes site theme, content management and any custom applications.

Content Integration
Your site is now ready for us in integrate all the copy, photography and video content.

Internal Testing
We test all the custom applications, links and any content management system functions of your site to ensure everything is working properly before launch.

Client Preview – Feedback – Updates
Your Account Executive will walk you through your website demonstrating the various pages, content and functions. We take any final feedback you have and make appropriate updates.

Site Launch
Very exciting; your new website is ready to launch! We update DNS or remove your holding page and your site is live to the world.

X3 Platform Launch
At launch, we move forward promoting and sending traffic to your new website with your customized X3 marketing plan.
