The Website Design & Development Process

Discovery Meeting
The first step in the process is getting the New process_mapClient Questionnaire (NCQ) back in our office for review by our marketing experts and production team to assess goals and requirements. Your dedicated Marketing Consultant will develop a custom project proposal.

Proposal – Meeting – Proposal Revisions
We’ll develop a customized proposal that fits your goals. We’ll meet with you to discuss the initial proposal and make any final revisions based on your feedback.

Acceptance of Proposal
The Acceptance of Proposal (AOP) summarizes what will be delivered from the proposal and the terms of the project. Once paperwork is signed, development officially begins.

Content – Content Creation
If you’re providing any content we’ll acquire that at this time. We begin copywriting and scheduling photography or video production required to complete the website as defined in the AOP.

Design – Meeting – Design Revisions
We begin the design process for your website. We meet to discuss the initial design and make any revisions based on your feedback.

Beta Dev – Meeting – Launch Approval
Once the final design is approved your website then moves to our programming staff to be coded. This includes site theme, content management system and any custom applications. We host this is a beta location for you to review the working site before the site launch.

Site Launch
Very exciting; your new website is ready to launch! We update DNS or remove your holding page and your site is live to the world.

Marketing/Advertising Launch
At launch, we move forward promoting and sending traffic to your new website with your customized marketing and advertising plan.
