Add Ratings and Reviews to Your Facebook Page

An algorithm determines the order in which the reviews will appear on your page, and it is based on who is actually visiting your Facebook page. The algorithm considers several factors, including the date a review was posted, the level of engagement it received, and if the person viewing the Facebook page is friends with a reviewer.

Once you receive a review, you cannot delete it from your page. However, you can report it to Facebook if the review doesn’t follow their guidelines.

Although you can’t delete negative comments from your Facebook page, you can use the feedback as an opportunity for engagement. You can leave a comment on the review to address any concerns. Even if the negative feedback was warranted, Facebook users will be able to see the fact that you responded in a professional manner and tried to make it right.
