We’re knee-deep in a gorgeous brand development for Kip Johnson of NW Acre Homes, a Realtor® who specializes in the sale & development of rural properties. Kip came to us with no brand identity. His goal was to separate himself from the homogeneity of branding & marketing available to Realtors®, usually all the same on a company-by-company basis.
This is an exciting step for all entrepreneurs, and we love being a part of setting a brand foundation!
Logo Design
Kip’s logo needed to embody all that represents his company: The Northwest, Expansive forests & timber, the Cascade mountain range, and acre properties. The final version of his logo is gorgeous, and captured the essence of “Northwest Acre Homes”. Click the photo gallery below to see his logo applied to different color palettes.

We established 3 variations of a color palette for NW Acre Homes’ brand. Our final palette is version 1 (far left). The other two were created during discovery.
